I have an app called Downloader on mine. I clicked on that link and downloaded the file. Now go to your file manager again and add source, but this time browse. Hopefully you only have that one file in your downloader app. Now click ok and name it colossus. Now go back to the normal steps as before and install from zip file and I think should work.
