Trying to download torrents using qtorrent but nothing happens

The above solution states to drag your bittorrent to the other screen. I have only had one screen the entire time so I'm not sure if that is an accurate solution. I was experiencing this issue and in my case it turned out the Jdownloader had become the default torrent program. Double check your torrent program is default and the magnet links should work. Thanks bugmenot. I also recently changed my monitors around, literally switched them over, nothing else and soon after I found that my torrents were not opening in bittorrent.

I tried what you suggested, deleting the settings file but that didnt help. Alls I did to fix it was to make my other monitor the main screen rather than the extended screen and it worked. I can't believe it was as simple as turning on my other monitor.. There it was! I went 2 months without downloading!! Existing user? Start new topic. Recommended Posts. I just have to hope I get lucky. So you might not have to do the second part, and you have to reconfig yourself, but you will have sweet sweet p2p goodness again.

Well, I do not see the Hidden option under label. Any other option I should try to fix this issue? All my lists are empty and when I click the magnet link to download to Utorrent, nothing happens.

Please help. Then later on I just double-click the magnet to restart where I left off.. I think you are missing the definition of what a tracker is. This keeps happening no matter what i do they just keep going back to hidden, suddenly started happening today.

I add the torrent and nothing happens, restart utorrent then it shows up in hidden, delete torrent and data, rinse, repeat. I also had torrent already in list message and I also had used the tv as a second monitor, so when I attempted to download a magnet link nothing displayed the 1st time and after tht I got the message. So I found the torrent in the hidden label and deleted the download.
